Helpful resources for institutional repository newbies?
Can anyone recommend any helpful resources for someone just getting started working in an institutional repository?
I'm particularly looking for resources on things like evaluating technology/systems, managing projects, and communicating with stakeholders and the public.
Thanks for any suggestions!

JISC InfoNet InfoKits
Hello-
I came across a wonderful resource that I’d like to share: http://www.jiscinfonet.ac.uk/infokits. JISC InfoNet provides a variety of free, downloadable toolkits that promote IT and eLearning strategic planning and management. JISC also provides a number of publications related to best practices and innovation. A lot of what they offer is relevant to libraries and information environments, and I found the Digital Repositories infoKit to be particularly helpful: http://www.jiscinfonet.ac.uk/infokits/repositories
