Lisa Lister - Six-month plan

A. Conduct a policy-gap-analysis, including, specifically:
1) Identifying current policies in place at Tutt Library that should be revised to include a Digital Archives at Colorado College (DACC) component,
2) Identify what policies exist at the Consortia that is taking the technical lead in developing the digital archive (for us and multiple other institutions),
3) Determine what policies we need in place at the local level
 
B. After the above, develop high-level policies
 
C. Think of an alternative word for policy, as we are a policy-adverse institution!
